Longtime gaming industry executive Bobby Soper enjoyed a lengthy and successful leadership career with the Mohegan Sun organization. This was capped by a 2015 appointment to the position of President and CEO of MTGA (Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority), Mohegan Sun’s parent company. During his time at MTGA, Soper led the effort to obtain an integrated resort license for the purposes of developing a $5 billion resort at Incheon Airport, located in South Korea.
