Bobby Soper is a member of the Mohegan Tribe of Indians from Uncasville, CT, and he began his career as Legal Counsel for the Mohegan Tribe of Indians, providing legal services to the Mohegan Sun Casino. Bobby Soper with TV Personality Kelly Wright Eventually, Bobby Soper became the Senior Counsel with the Tribe, and he led the in-house legal team through all the transactions associated with the financing, design and development of the one-billion-dollar expansion of the Mohegan Sun. With Bobby’s assistance, the Mohegan Tribe was the first American Indian Tribe to raise this unprecedented amount of money on Wall Street.
