Bobby Soper: Successful Leader

Bobby Soper founded Sun Gaming & Hospitality (SG&H), based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, in 2017. Today, he’s the company’s President and CEO, and through his experience and leadership, SG&H has quickly developed a strong reputation in the industry.
Before launching SG&H, Bobby Soper served as the President & CEO of Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority (MTGA). There, his duties included overseeing all business development efforts and day-to-day operations of MTGA. Among his many accomplishments, he made headlines as the leader of an initiative to successfully procure an Integrated Resort License in Korea among a global field of thirty-four applicants to develop a $5 billion resort at Incheon Airport.
