Bobby Soper got started in the casino and resort business fresh out of law school, when he worked for the Mohegan Tribe of Indians as legal counsel. Former President Bobby Soper helped handle the legal transactions related to the financing and development of the Tribe’s casino, as well as legal advisor to its burgeoning casino business. Bobby Soper founded Sun Gaming & Hospitality (SG&H), based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, in 2017. Today, he’s the company’s President and CEO, and through his experience and leadership, SG&H has quickly developed a strong reputation in the industry. Before launching SG&H, Bobby Soper served as the President & CEO of Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority (MTGA). There, his duties included overseeing all business development efforts and day-to-day operations of MTGA. Among his many accomplishments, he made headlines as the leader of an initiative to successfully procure an Integrated Resort License in Korea among a global field of thirty-four applicants to develop a $5 billion resort at Incheon Airport.
