Since beginning his career more than decades ago, Robert J. Soper has served on numerous boards and held various leadership positions. Some of the boards Robert J. Bobby Soper is a Florida business executive who received recognition as a business leader and community leader, including recognition CEO of the Year by the Delaware Valley HR Department of Year Awards. He was also recognized by the Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Commerce with the Distinguished Citizen Award, and by the Wilkes-Barre Chapter of the NAACP as honorary host to the 100-year celebration. Bobby Soper is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sun Gaming & Hospitality, and he’s passionate about giving back to his community.

Bobby Soper is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Sun Gaming & Hospitality (SG&H), which he launched in 2017. Bobby Soper is a member of the Mohegan Tribe of Indians from Uncasville, CT, and he began his career as Legal Counsel for the Mohegan Tribe of Indians, providing legal services to the Mohegan Sun Casino. Bobby Soper with TV Personality Kelly Wright Eventually, Bobby Soper became the Senior Counsel with the Tribe, and he led the in-house legal team through all the transactions associated with the financing, design and development of the one-billion-dollar expansion of the Mohegan Sun. With Bobby’s assistance, the Mohegan Tribe was the first American Indian Tribe to raise this unprecedented amount of money on Wall Street.

Bobby Soper is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Sun Gaming & Hospitality. As a leader in the gaming   industry, among many of his accomplishments he was recognized   for leading Mohegan Sun’s effort to successfully procure an exclusive integrated resort license issued in Korea, and for his exceptional leadership ability. He’s been a member of several boards and received multiple awards for his professional accomplishments. Mr. Bobby Soper has served on the board of Trustees at Misericordia University; WVIA Public Broadcasting; the Northeast Regional Cancer Institute as Treasurer; Scranton Tomorrow as Vice Chairman; and Volunteers in Medicine.

Bobby Soper is a gaming and legal professional with decades of experience in his field. Bobby Soper is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Sun Gaming & Hospitality (SG&H) in Florida, where he lives with his wife, and he’s passionate about assisting others to innovate in the hospitality industry.
